On or about January 29, 2013, Qlik Technologies, Inc. elected Steffan Tomlinson, our Chief Financial Officer, to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. In 2012, we purchased an immaterial amount of products and services from Qlik Technologies. Because Qlik Technologies is one of our suppliers, on January 24, 2013, our Board of Directors granted a waiver of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics in order to allow Mr. Tomlinson to join Qlik Technologies’ Board of Directors.
