Palo Alto Networks Appoints Steven Redman as Vice President for Asia Pacific

Singapore, January 8, 2015 – Palo Alto Networks® (NYSE: PANW), the leader in enterprise security, today announced the appointment of Steve Redman as Vice President for Asia Pacific (APAC).

In this role, Mr. Redman will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market momentum and overall business strategy for the company in the Asia Pacific market.

Mr. Redman, who will be based in Sydney, Australia, is recognised as a technology industry leader, having held senior management positions across Australia/New Zealand, the Asia Pacific region and the United States.

Prior to taking up the role with Palo Alto Networks, Mr. Redman was President of Worldwide Sales at McAfee for two years, where he was responsible for managing a team of over 2,000 employees, and delivering more than $2.8 billion in annual bookings. Before this, he was President of the Asia Pacific region for the company for four years, where he was responsible for guiding the APAC team to three consecutive years of double-digit growth with multiple record growth quarters.

Before joining McAfee, Redman was Managing Director of EMC Australia and New Zealand, also having held the position of general manager for Rockwell Electronic Commerce, as well as roles with Lucent Technologies and Fuji Xerox.
